Blog homeI am currently editing my CV…. not because I am looking for a job (!) but because, as a consultant, I am often asked for one that can be shown to people - thus defining my credentials. However over recent times my CV has grown and grown….. it is now 7 pages long. Having done my fair share of recruitment in the past I know this is far too long!
It has grown this long because I have tried to list everything I have done (which is a sensible idea when trying to demonstrate experience) - however, for example, right today I am working on 4 projects concurrently - for 3 different large travel company clients. Even if I add a small paragraph about each that would add an additional half a page to the CV - and that is just this month!
Anyway, during the redesign of my CV (making it much shorter) I have come up with a new approach….. I have added a tag cloud to the top of the first page….
How web2.0 is that!?
