TRAVEL PRODUCT CONFIGURATION SUPPORT

SOUTHAMPTON / REMOTE - UK
Salary: 22,000 GBP per annum

We are searching for someone who knows about travel product date/price/availability configuration (in particular specialist tours / ski)

THE ROLE

• Work with specialist tour operators as they learn the system and move their business to using TourCMS
• Assist with configuration of their products (e.g. tour descriptions, dates, prices and business logic)
• Assist the wider TourCMS team with staffing the support helpdesk (BUT for non web design / development questions)
• Assistance provided remotely - using you will mainly contact customers using email, skype and the TourCMS helpdesk (Zendesk) (rather than office visits)

MORE ABOUT YOU

• You shop online, you own a smart phone and you are likely to be active on social media
• Background in travel product configuration and/or an understanding of specialist tour operator operations (incoming tour operators, not package hotel tour operators). Alternatively perhaps you have worked as a travel agent
• Must be legally permitted to work in the UK (even if working remotely)
• Graduate (probably)

LOCATION

• Work at home or in Southampton, UK. Will be expected to come to Southampton, UK once a month
