CONTRACT PHP Developer (with MySQL experience) / Technical configuration consultant (Part time - 20 hours/week)

We are looking for a strong PHP developer (with MySQL experience) who can turn their hand to:

• PHP web development (fairly straightforward) / HTML
• Booking engine integration (between TourCMS and customer websites)
• Technical customer service (answering emails about technical integration)

This is a public facing role (email & live chat)

Experience within the travel industry useful. Some knowledge of ecommerce shopping systems (osCommerce, Miva Merchant, Actinic Shopping cart or similar) required.

We are based in Southampton, UK - however this role could be undertaken remotely

Would suit someone "bootstrapping" their own web project because we enjoy working with people with an entrepreneurial flair. Also you will be working with many small business owners.
