Just wanted to drop you a quick note on how pleased we are so far with TourCMS. As you know we considered and fully reviewed some of the main booking systems available on the market today, Dolphin etc. We are now of the opinion that we have certainly made the right choice. We issue restricted access logins to our suppliers and staff around the world so they have constant access to the client and booking information we need to provide them with. They also add notes and flags on bookings themselves to inform us of confirmations and changes to itineraries etc. Having this all recorded in one place is very useful when reviewing the progress of a booking. After extensive research on the internet searching for affordable travel reservation systems for smaller tour operators, we found that TourCMS was by far the best solution. With the easy to understand approach of TourCMS we didn’t need to employ any extra reservation or IT staff. TourCMS was so easy to setup (and to update now) ourselves, that we had it up and running in less than a day!

Air Planning provided an aircraft shuttle service on behalf of a client, a West coast United States defence contracting agency. In order to manage staff bookings on this aircraft TourCMS was used and some custom developments, now integrated within TourCMS, were undertaken.

Each traveller was given a login to the MyAccount extranet and were able to check flight availability and then book their own flight arrangements. Between 500 and 700 bookings were made per month.

The system is GREAT and it's get even GREATER every day. We would like to recommend this system to all travel agencies and tour operators. Think about how much you can save on your office and software. All our people work from home nowadays that is very convenient as they can take care of the kids etc and work in own time
