TourCMS enables you to maintain a single customer record that holds bookings, enquiries and personal details such as contact details and marketing preferences.

Each booking has multiple customers and one customer can be on multiple bookings

• Send invoices to the customer, or to a marketing partner (such as a travel agency)
• Preload customers (rather than just create customers at time of booking)
• Record outgoing emails to customers into booking records (if sent through TourCMS)
• Store notes about customers within bookings, or within the customer record
• Run reports to extract email addresses for customers on specific bookings
