Fast Track – Extra help setting up your TourCMS account

Too busy to setup TourCMS yourself?

Most customers go live without specific support, however if you require dedicated hands-on assistance, we can offer you support packages to help.

Our Fast Track service package includes dedicated support and manpower to help to get you up and trading quickly.

The Fast Track service costs £300 and includes:

1:1 support and guidance from a named individual you can communicate with directly (e.g. email or live chat via Skype)
Limited availability via telephone
30 minute conference with your web designer (so they understand how best to integrate your site with TourCMS)
Tour/hotel/product configuration and loading for up to 15 products (including images, descriptions, dates, prices, business logic etc.). If you require more than 15 tours/hotels loaded, please contact us.

Add-Ons

For £200 extra, you’ll get:

Payment gateway integration (from our existing list). If your payment gateway is not on the list, please contact us.
Configuration of your online booking engine (including confirmation emails, booking processes set-up etc.)

Our Fast Track service excludes

Historical booking loading
Web design & development or documentation design (have you seen our directory of web design agencies?)

For certain destinations, we may be able to offer special rates for our Fast Track service. If you are based in Africa or India, please contact us to discuss.

Looking for bespoke development?

We have a directory of web design & web development agencies we like to work with, many of whom know TourCMS inside out. Do feel free to check out our directory if you need this type of work and ask us if you are unsure how best to proceed.
