Need help getting started with TourCMS?

We offer three levels of "getting started" support.

  1. No specific help
  2. We provide a mentor
  3. We provide full assistance and project management
Looking for a web designer? We have published a directory of web design agencies we like to work with

No specific help (FREE)

You will have access to our email based helpdesk, our forums and of course the manual.

Many web designers who understand ecommerce tools such as OSCommerce, Miva Merchant or Actinic Shopping cart (or others) should be OK taking this option. TourCMS is designed so that everything is logical and clear.

If you get stuck, ask in the forum - and we will help you there.

You may find this TourCMS project plan helpful in order to determine how you are going to organise this yourself.

Mentor (150 GBP / 300 USD)

A mentor will take some of your sample tours and configure them within TourCMS. This will get you heading in the correct direction.

Mentors don't provide training, web design services, product loading or project management services. You are still driving the project - but at least you have a consistent person you can turn to for advice while you are learning how to use the system.

The key benefit from having a mentor is that the initial decisions regarding how to setup your travel products can be made correctly.

Full service (500 GBP / 1000 USD)

We run the project for you and ensure you get up and running smoothly.

This includes:
  • Configuration of your online booking engine
  • Basic web template design for your website (not visual design - but enough so that you can give your website to a visual designer to complete)
  • Advice regarding the best way to setup your tours, options and other travel products
  • Live chat via skype
  • Weekly project status email outlining tasks for the next week
This excludes:
  • Extensive date, price & availability loading
  • Historical booking loading (or customer, supplier or travel agent loading)
  • Documentation design
  • Web design & development
When you take this option we will send you a weekly email saying what the tasks are for the next week. i.e. we drive the project rather than you.
