Everything is documented in the support section of our website, we run regular free webinars and continued support is via one of the tiers below. If you get stuck we can help you set up one or two of your products/services free of charge - just send us an email.

We run the project for you and ensure you get up and running smoothly. Most TourCMS customers go live without this extra service and you don't need to make any decision now.
This includes:
- Configuration of your online booking engine
- Basic web template design for your website (not visual design - but enough so that you can give your website to a visual designer to complete) (Upto 4 hours)
- Advice regarding the best way to setup your tours, options and other travel products
- Live chat via skype
- Limited availability via phone
This excludes:
- Extensive date, price & availability loading
- Historical booking loading (or customer, supplier or travel agent loading)
- Documentation design
- Web design & development
Bear in mind that the principle behind TourCMS is that it is self-service software. Estimate that we will do about 1 days work for you with the full service option.
