Forums
We have two forums - TourCMS customer forums - and SmallFishBigOcean
The TourCMS forums are used by customers to talk about functionality and other topics. The SmallFishBigOcean forums (SFBO) are for general travel ecommerce, social media, marketing, product discussion. If you are media or a blogger feel welcome to come and join in on SmallFishBigOcean.

Account owner email
Account owners (companies with free / upgraded TourCMS accounts) receive email on an ah-hoc basis. These tend to be single topic focussed emails relating to new functionality, forthcoming webinars, new Marketplace agents etc.
