TourCMS prices are primarily based on how many members of staff you wish to give access to your system

Our most popular service level for a small tour operator is £50 GBP (or $100 USD) per month for upto 5 TourCMS users.

Customers within the European Union will be charged in GBP and sales tax (VAT) will be added at 17.5%.
Customers outside of the European Union can choose to be charged in USD or GBP.

What do you get for the system access fee?
For your fee you will receive a login to the TourCMS system and access to our email based support helpdesk.

Access to the TourCMS system is all you need in order to get started, load your products, integrate with your website (if you wish) and then start taking online and staff generated bookings.

Additional websites
Extra websites can be added to your account for £15 GBP per month ($30 US Dollars per month)

Within TourCMS, a website is a mechanism for you to put your tours on multiple locations on the web. For example, if you are running tours for 3 cities - you could create 3 city specific websites, each with their own design and hosting - and one overall website with all your tours on. Each website can trade with a different sale currency, sales tax scheme and unique product pricing.

In any calendar month, if you generate more than 1000 bookings we will charge £1.50 GBP per additional booking ($3.00 US Dollars). (A booking is defined as a data entity that has a booking reference so includes quotes and non-confirmed or cancelled bookings. A single booking can have multiple travellers)

Payment schedule
Payments are by credit card only and will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. The exchange rate from GBP sterling or USD US dollars will be set by your credit card provider.

Notes

• A staff user is a user who has current (active) access rights to TourCMS administration on your account. Previous staff users can remain on the system, but inactive, for audit trail purposes. Customer and travel agent users do not count towards the staff user total
• Websites are counted overall, regardless of whether the website is live now or not
• Account downgrades are possible
