MailChimp integration

TourCMS MailChimp integration automatically sends new bookers details to a MailChimp list of your choice.

When a booking is made, if the lead customer has their email preferences set to allow email (either due to this being the default on your account, or because they opted in at the time of bookings) TourCMS will attempt to create a new member on your MailChimp list. If the email address already exists then MailChimp will reject the update, ensuring any opt-outs remain in place.

This works on both free and paid MailChimp accounts.

Setup

Before you start you will require:

• A MailChimp API Key - You can generate a key just for TourCMS from within MailChimp
• A MailChimp List ID - This can be found in the settings page for the List, usually a mixture of letters and numbers

Once you have those contact TourCMS support to get started.
