Any of your staff users can log in to the Point of Sale app using their regular TourCMS login credentials.
When suppliers log in they will only be able to view their own tours, departures and bookings. (NB: In the current release this limit is not in place)
The app respects permissions configured against user accounts in TourCMS, the following table details the areas that are restricted, plus their accompanying credentials in TourCMS:

When users log in they will see their Avatar on the homescreen, or, if no Avatar is loaded a grey outline of a person. Avatars are displayed based on the user email address and can be managed via Gravatar.
