Where are the Travel UCD travel usability research papers?

Saturday, May 6th, 2006

Due to some reorganisation of websites, we now have our company information on the TourCMS website - rather than on our previously separate corporate site. The 3 travel usability papers we wrote a few years ago have also been moved and are now available from the TourCMS site.

All 3 papers are now available for free - and without registration.

  • Hotel booking process
  • Hotel search
  • Hotel date entry (now with over 20,000 downloads)

These are mainly focussed towards the larger travel technology providers and “dot coms” - and were produced as part of our travel technology consultation services.

The Travel UCD travel usability research can now be found at http://www.tourcms.com/company/research/

(Posted because we have had emails demanding to know where the papers have gone)

Alex

Guillaume: @Syl Hence my point. A trivial story like the Mice at Intercontinental gets more attention from the industry (you, Alex and others) than some thorough thoughts about WorldRes. I thought it was funny as a...
